Nowadays, I just made the transition from being a career counselor to a full time business teacher. The subjects I'm teaching are related to this area, business, management, creativity and strategy. I developed my self for 9 years as a career counselor at ITESM, CL. I consider myself as a creative and innovative element. I love generating new ideas constantly and taking into action in order to make them real. I feel myself the most productive when I have the opportunity to help others in different projects that have an extra value for the company and for each person involved. In my opinion, the best form to be successful is the teamwork, exploding the strenghts of all elements involved, be humble in order to learn from mistakes and become yourself stronger by learning from others. As a goal, personal and profesional speaking; I'd love to have the opportunity to grow in this company and be able to have new challenges in order to learn from them and help society by being an example of a TEC21 professor. Currently, I'm taking a certification in coaching in CBC by Fred Koffman, so that I can have more tools for my avenue selected that is consulting.
