I have obtained a Master's degree in Science from the University of Costa Rica and completed a Ph.D. in Biotechnology at Tec de Monterrey. Throughout my research career, I have been involved in various projects concerning phytochemistry, plant biotechnology, and molecular biology in different countries such as Costa Rica, Mexico, and Norway. Since August 2017, I have been teaching introductory chemistry courses (both theory and laboratory sessions) at the Monterrey campus. I find great fulfillment in imparting knowledge to students and supporting their development of new skills
