Doctorate in Nutrition by Tufts University with more than 20 years of research experience in the field of nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics related to obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Lately have been working in Academia teaching undergraduate and graduate students topics related to Nutritional Sciences. Recently I started working in the field of public policy in health, participating in research that focus on strategies to tackle obesity in Mexico.
