Jaimes-Najera, Alfonso Isaac

Overview

I studied Physics and Mathematics at the IPN. Later, the master's degree and PhD at Cinvestav, working on the mathematical methods of Quantum Mechanics. Later, as a Postdoctoral fellow, I investigated, at INAOE and CICESE, the propagation of exotic beams of light, as well as mathematical models of the human eye. I have 11 articles published in JCR journals, and I advised the thesis of a master's student. I am currently running an IFI engineering project at the Monterrey campus. I am a member of the National System of Researchers level 1. Recently, the Optics and Photonics News selected one of my articles as one of the breakthroughs in Optics in 2020.
