PhD in International Relations, UNAM, BA in Political Science, McGill University, Canada. Inivted by Yale University to teach in 2012 and to undertake research in 2009, 2013 and 2014. Area of research focusses on Global Agenda Issues and United States Foreign Policy. Former Director of the Department of International Relations (2008 to 2009), and Associate Dean of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities (2009 to 2010).
