Román-Lira, Luis Miguel

Luis Miguel Román Lira discovered his vocation to contribute to entrepreneurship and the development of people since 1987 when he collaborated as Professor of the first generation of Business Administration Graduates of the ITESM Campus Ciudad Juárez. He studied Mechanical Industrial Engineering and Bachelor in Business Administration at the same time, in different universities, he studied a Master of Science in Administration at the ITESM Campus Estado de México, he has taken several subjects within the doctoral studies program of human development at the Universidad Iberoamericana . He has collaborated with various institutions in the transformation industry, business services, education and government, always with the firm determination to contribute to the formation of better global, creative, innovative and entrepreneurial leaders who are excellent people and promote a culture of entrepreneurship and customer service. He was Director of the Entrepreneur Program of the State of Mexico Campus of Tec de Monterrey, where he implemented various entrepreneurship methods, held entrepreneurship fairs, and designed and implemented a program since 1992 to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit in Mexico, called the Águilas Program, which has as a fundamental mission, to contribute to the development of entrepreneurs so that they are the entrepreneurial leaders and the best human beings that Mexico and the world need, currently it is taught in various Tec de Monterrey campuses, as well as in other universities in Mexico and other countries He is co-author of the book "Model of Integral and Sustainable Growth in Companies", published in November 2002 and with which the authors seek to promote the practical application of human talent in each step of the administrative process to obtain better results. He has given conferences and training in various subjects, being the domains that he is most passionate: Entrepreneurial attitude, Leadership, Quality Culture, Teamwork, Customer Service, Conflict Management, Effective Communication, Creativity and Innovation. He has been recognized as one of the best students in Mexico in his primary education, national champion on 4 occasions, one of them being considered the best player in the tournament, honorable mention and best average of his generation, several times recognized as the best teacher , best instructor, award for quality in individual and team work, as well as Inspiring Teacher in 2 consecutive occasions: 2013 and 2018. He has trained at a managerial, managerial and general collaborative level in companies, in practically all of Mexico and in some cities of Central and South America, among the companies that he has supported with the training of leaders of excellence, assertive managers and entrepreneurs, as well as better people. He has taught training for over 25 years in more than 60 large companies.
