The constitutional right of asembly is recognized in art. 9 of the Mexican Constitution and it includes, not only the individual right to get together, but also the association itself. Thereby the association has the capacity to organize itself without any interference from others, in particular from the State. Every association has the right to born and exist, to have legal personality, to establishes their statutes, to decide about the admission, expulsion and punishment of its members, and finally to dissolve itself.
