Design strategies based on the user-centered design methodology for the development of technology and training in the educational field and thereby add added values to technological solutions from different sectors such as universities, government and companies. Identify and value educational innovation projects through research methodologies. She is a member of the Educational Innovation Research Group of the School of Humanities and Education of the Tecnologico de Monterrey; contributes with scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals to disseminate research, gives lectures on the use of user-centered design methodologies and user experience in education. Contributes to research and design of technologies for the imposition of Open Science, project management for the attraction of international funds in the project "Binational Laboratory for the Intelligent Management of Energy Sustainability and Technological Training" in the Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM. She is studying a Phd in Education in the Knowledge Society at the University of Salamanca (USAL), Spain. He studied the Master in Educational Technology with emphasis in Innovative Media by the Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) and the Bachelor in Administrative Computing by the Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC).
