- This study explores the role of simulators and games in logistics training, focusing on their integration with Industry 4.0 technologies. It emphasizes the importance of these tools in developing skills and insights into complex logistics systems. The paper highlights the need for logistics professionals to gain specialized knowledge, from supply chain fundamentals to risk management. It outlines key characteristics of an effective logistics simulator and the necessary skills and technical knowledge for professionals in the field. The study details the development of a simulator that simulates the entire supply chain process, offering customizable scenarios to meet various business needs.
