abstract

  • During the studies carried out in classes on the implementation of the Internet of Things, it was possible to identify that agricultural workers and day laborers find it difficult to implement methods to supervise their greenhouses/spaces where their plantations grow and personalize said space according to their preferences and attributes they wish to monitor more effectively. By leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) tools in smart greenhouses, farmers can create a more efficient and sustainable agricultural environment that maximizes crop yields while minimizing resource waste and environmental impact. Once the problem was presented, a system was developed that consists of a scale Smart Greenhouse using tools from the Internet of Things integrated with artificial intelligence. As a result, a proposal is presented with a prototype and document results and the benefits that come with implementing intelligent systems using IoT tools and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), within the project in conjunction with presenting the process flows of the protocol that was followed, present the graphs with the sensor data with respect to time and what our solution would look like once it is implemented. The results should contribute to improving the control and maintenance of the activities carried out in a greenhouse, providing scientific material to support more advanced projects. © 2025 IEEE.
