- © 2020 IEEE.Today, new teaching-learning programs are emerging in response to the current demands and dynamics of society. These new programs have been adapted to become increasingly agile, flexible, and responsive. They have also involved innovative practices and new learning methods, as well as implemented emerging technologies to accommodate the diverse needs of learners. In this work, the design of new hybrid learning programs is addressed. For this design process, the concept of Education 4.0 has been taken as a reference. The Innovation Challenge Bootcamp as a hybrid learning program applied in Higher Education is presented as a case study.
