© 2018 by Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. Models take some traits, processes, or phenomena of a real entity and are used to study, predict, or modify the behavior of that entity. University rankings are models of higher education systems. Modeling is a common activity in Data Analytics, and university rankings are one well-known activity of Research Analytics. In this final chapter, we summarize lessons learned from the previous 12 chapters. These show us the Bibliometric databases on which Research Analytics is built. These also display how ranking models are built, expose the mechanisms within these competing models, and tell us how to boost performance and competiveness of education institutions with these models. It is said in Chapter 1 that Research Analytics is the connection of Data Analytics, Bibliometrics, Scientometrics, and research intelligence in both prospective and prescriptive ways. The contributors of this book have presented the state of the art in Research Analytics.
