This concluding chapter reflects on the collection of chapters in the volume and the cases presented in them. Key to this final reflection is offering a conceptual proposal that draws from thinkers and scholars of Abiayala. This proposal entails engaging with bodies, emotions, and care as they are present in daily situations within educational spaces and environments. It proposes to reflect on an alternative model of pedagogy, a pedagogy of care, that reinforces particular practices inside educational environments to break with the abuse and discrimination inflicted upon migrating people. This kind of pedagogy seeks to develop a sense of community with migrating people.
