This study explores the latest trends, changes, and innovations in technology, emphasizing the critical role of agile methodologies and IPPDM in the adaptive, flexible management of development processes and projects is introduced as a unifying model covering all aspects of the product life cycle; It outlines four phases: ideation, basic development, advanced development, and launch, and emphasizes its focus on integration and consistency throughout the product lifecycle. The study also examines civil association product development and highlights its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
