abstract
- In the communications era, collaborative networks have become affordable for the development of projects with value impacts. When these initiatives are made up of actors from the triple helix, the result can lead to the definition of policies, innovation of technology-based projects and learning of entrepreneurship as a methodology that strengthens the opportunity areas of a business. In this way, the gap that technology-based ventures have to cross is shortened, especially in developing countries. This article describes the operating model of the Centre for Learning Technological Entrepreneurship and shows the results that have occurred as part of a collaborative network focused on technology-based projects. © 2023, IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.
