Andrés began his career in areas of industrial engineering and later focused on talent development functions mainly in manufacturing industries. During his career he has characterized himself by the application of knowledge in the functions he has developed, combining academic training with job development. Andrés has a special interest in promoting respect for the value and individuality of every person, and facilitating the development of their ability to self-determine and be their best version, especially in the field of organizations management.
