Dr. Héctor Rodríguez Maya is a professor, researcher, and organizational consultant with a distinguished career in higher education, public administration, and educational innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and graduate degrees in Finance and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he currently serves as Director of the International Business Program at the Saltillo campus. He also coordinates the School of Business¿s outreach efforts and is an active member of the Academic Integrity Committee.
