Hernández-Villegas, Ana Celeste
Overview
I am the Program Director of the Bachelor s Degree in Strategy and Business Transformation at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Laguna. In my academic role, I teach courses within the TEC21 and TEC20 models related to innovation, strategy, creativity, management, and business transformation, with the goal of creating challenging, dynamic learning experiences connected to real professional contexts.
I consider myself an entrepreneurial, innovative, creative person and a leader within the teams I am part of. I firmly believe that teamwork is essential to achieving success in any organization, as it allows us to value the strengths of those around us, recognize our own, and complement our skills with those of others. For me, having the humility to acknowledge our mistakes, learn from them, and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement is what allows us to grow both professionally and personally.
I am currently completing my Doctorate in Business Management, which I am expected to finish this December. This academic journey has strengthened my strategic, research, and analytical vision regarding the current challenges faced by organizations, innovation, and business transformation.
Within Tecnológico de Monterrey, I have actively supported undergraduate recruitment strategies by teaching courses and formative experiences for high school students interested in business-related programs. These experiences have been both challenging and enriching, as I aim for students to experience each course in an innovative, disruptive, and meaningful way, achieving excellent evaluations from them.
In addition to my role as Program Director, I have participated in the organization of academic congresses and projects within the Business School, such as Business Hacks, taking responsibility for the creative concept, visual identity, branding, communication strategies, guest logistics, and speaker coordination.
I have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as digital platforms such as Canva, ElevenLabs, Gamma, Genially, and different artificial intelligence tools for content generation. I have also completed training in digital tools and have developed skills in digital marketing, especially for the creation of concepts, communication strategies, and event experiences. My work is strongly goal-oriented, with a focus on KPIs and measurable results to ensure that each project delivers strategic impact.
In parallel, I run my own business, **Auténtica**, focused on image consulting, personal branding, leadership, and transformation. Through this project, I have facilitated workshops and training sessions on leadership, innovation, creativity, design thinking, professional image, personal branding, and artificial intelligence tools for both small businesses and larger companies. This project also allows me to stay up to date with trends, pedagogical tools, artificial intelligence, and new ways of connecting with different audiences.
I am also currently training to become certified as a coach through Fred Kofman s CBC program, strengthening my perspective on conscious leadership, human development, and personal transformation.
My personal and professional goal is to continue growing within ITESM, to keep learning, and to face new challenges that allow me to make a meaningful contribution to society. I aspire to be an example of a TEC21 professor in every aspect, promoting innovative, human-centered, and strategic educational experiences that inspire students to prepare for the challenges of today s world.
