As Educational Innovation Leader for the Center and South of the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Querétaro, I coordinate Educational Innovation strategies and training programs for high school and high school teachers for eight campuses on topics such as Design Thinking, Creative Thinking, Educational Technology, Learning Experience Design and Competency-Based Education. As a teacher, I teach courses challenges and problem based courses in the areas of Education, Humanities and Creative Studies in undergraduate programs. As a junior consultant, I design and develop innovative problem-solving projects for the industry, I facilitate creative sessions for conceptualization and ideation, and I advise on innovation and change management processes. I was part of the entrepreneurial and original team of the Tec de Monterrey that created the Observatory of the Institute for the Future of Education and I have actively participated in the design, development and deployment of the TEC21 Educational Model as well as in designing curricula and training units for the Tec's new Bachelors Degree in Educational Innovation (LEI) program, serving as Team Leader for Academic Career Aspects for said degree during 2022. I have been an international judge of Educational Innovation projects at QS Reimagine Education since 2018 and speaker in international conferences on topics of innovation and educational technology. Together I have more than 12 years of accumulated experience in the development of educational solutions based on technology and innovation processes. Bachelor in International Relations (UANL), Master in Liberal Studies (ITESM) and Doctor in Innovation in Educational Technology (UAQ).
