Bárcena-Caballero, Lilia Estela

Lilia Estela Bárcena Caballero is currently the coordinator of the Academic Department at EGADE Business School. Within the Postgraduate School, she has been the coordinator of the "Binational Health Innovation Node Program", and the "Enlace + CDMX Acceleration Program" from 2015 to 2020. From June 2009 to May 2015, she was responsible for the Intermediate Technology Incubator at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Santa Fe Campus. Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department in the same institution, from 2010 up to now. Besides, she collaborated in other academic activities as a menthor of the Entrepreneurial Challenge and appraiser of projects for a quarter, among others. From 1998 to 2009 she worked in the private sector in companies such as Electrónica Clarion, Fuller Cosmetics, Epson México, working in imports, exports and purchases areas. About her academic background, she has a degree in International Trade from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus, graduated in 1998; a Master degree in Administration from the same institution in 2004, and a Master degree in Ethics for Social Construction from the University of Deusto in Bilbao Spain graduated in 2013. In December 2020 she concluded the Training Course "Council Board " for Executive Education of EGADE Business School.
