I am a civil engineer administrator, with a master degree in structures, architecture with a specialization in construction management and Phd in education; with more than 16 years of experience in the area of structures, construction and project management. I have joined the teaching for more than ten years. I am an active member of the CMIC and CICEJ and I have participated in various courses, programs and congresses.
