Berrelleza-Rendón, Mildred Daniela
Overview
Mildred Berrelleza graduated cum laude from Tecnologico de Monterrey University (Mexico) with a B.A. in business administration (2004). She received a master in business administration (2008) and a master in humanities with an emphasis in Applied Ethics (2013), both from Tecnologico de Monterrey, Me?xico. Mildred just finished a PhD in Human Rights at the University of Deusto, Spain. She submitted (September 2018) her doctoral dissertation, which focused on Solidarity Economy and Ethical Finance in the mexican context.
Mildred had been working for Tecnologico de Monterrey University since 2008. She was teaching Entrepreneurship in the Faculty of Business. She was also working as a consultant in the business incubator in the same university; where she was providing advisory to young entrepenuers and star-ups; emphasizing on business models based on an ethical conception where solidarity cooperation is as important as the results in economic terms. Currently, she is head of the business school at Tecnologico de Monterrey in Cuernavaca, México.
Her research interest focus on solidarity economy, social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and sustainability.
