Rafael Alejandro Zapata Romano has a master's degree in Communication from ITESO, and a degree in Communication Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has been a reporter and television host, and editor in newspapers such as Mural, El Informador and Milenio. He has been a professor, for 11 years, of Oral Communication, Written Communication, Organizational Communication, Semiotics, Cinema, Literature, Journalism and Mythology. It has instruction from the PDHD, ASESORE, and various teaching techniques. His participation in various training units of the Tec21 Model and in semesters and "i" weeks of the Tec20 Model, have given him experience in curriculum design, linkage and transversalities. He is a representative of the School of Humanities and Education (EHE) in the the Academic Integrity Committee of the Guadalajara Campus. He teaches preparation courses for the admission exam to the bachelor's degree. He coordinates the editorial space that the EHE has in the Noroeste newspaper. He is part of the editorial committee of the Gaceta EHE.
