Dr. Celina Torres-Arcadia (firstname.lastname@example.org) is a full-time faculty member at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus, México. Since 2006, she has been an active member of the Schools as Knowledge Organizations research group in the graduate program of education at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
This group aims at improving teaching and learning conditions by identifying and promoting the best practices in school.
Since 2008, Celina has also led the Mexico chapter in the International Successful School Principalship Project (ISSPP). As a consequence, she has collaborated with the leaders of other 14 research groups in different countries. Celina has also been in charge of the development of the first digital database to collect and share the best practices among principals of Latin American schools. Her major research interests focus on organizational identity and, particularly, on how the concept of identity is related to school learning profiles.
