A graduate of the Food Industries Engineering program (IIA '08) from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro, she also holds a Master¿s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality and Productivity Systems (MIP '12). Her academic background is complemented by an international exchange at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.
She holds a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and has built a solid career in the industry, working extensively as a project consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on key areas such as logistics, project management, and continuous improvement.
Currently serving as Academic Director with ten years of experience in higher education, she leads strategic educational projects such as the Global Shared Learning Classroom and NOVUS Projects, aimed at pedagogical innovation and the development of global competencies in engineering students. She also promotes international collaboration projects with institutions such as the University of Tennessee in Knoxville (USA) and innovative companies like Wayakit, based in Saudi Arabia, among other strategic partnerships.
In the field of STEM leadership, she actively participates as campus representative in the national initiative Patrones Hermosos, serves as a mentor in the Ingenia, Women in Engineering program, and advises student teams in international competitions, such as NASA¿s Human Exploration Rover Challenge in the United States.
She is the author of several publications on educational innovation and has presented at international forums focused on education and engineering. In addition, she teaches courses in systems engineering, statistics, experimental design, and quality control. Her dedication to teaching and to the holistic development of students has earned her recognitions such as ¿Profesora que deja huella¿ and ¿Inspirational Faculty Member ¿ David Noel Ramírez Padilla Award¿.
