Miguel Ángel Sandoval Jaramillo, Major in BA in International Business of tthe May '06 generation from the Tec de Monterrey Campus Sonora Norte. I also account with and Master´s in Business Adminsitration from the EGADE Business School Campus Guadalajara of the Nov '11 generation. As a recent graduate I worked in commercial and sales positions in international companies in the consumer goods industry such as Colgate-Palmolive as a Key Account Rep, as well as in the food industry in the role of Senior Territorial Representative for the state of Sonora in Hershey. Mexico. Later I joined the public sector in the 2003-2009 administration as Area Director of Management and Control for the Governor's Private Secretariat. I then worked for almost 10 years as Sales and Marketing Manager for Servi Industrias del Noroeste, a leading company in the food industry, in the area of ¿¿ice cream shops and snacks. Also, since January of 2012 and 'til January 2023, worked as Professor for the Escuela de Negocios of Tec de Monterrey, Campus Sonora Norte. Finally I was responsible for the Coordination of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for CAFFENIO, in the management and creation of customer experiences for the rewards program of MI CAFFENIO.
