Overview

Exatec received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1999, and a Master's Degree in Administration, with a Concentration in Creation and Development of Family Businesses from EGADE Business School in 2008. She has a Design Thinking certification from MIT, as well as a certification in Entrepreneurship from Babson College; She has been a coach for MEM (Best Mexican Companies) and has studies in Psychology at the UAS (Autonomous University of Sinaloa), a specialty in Gestalt Psychology and human development at IDEHI (Institute for Human Development in Sinaloa). For more than 20 years, she has been an instructor, facilitator, and developer of transformational leadership programs, development of work teams, and change management programs for companies such as: GRUPO FEMSA (Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery and Coca-Cola de México), CUINBA (Cueros Industrializados del Bajío), FarmaCom, Tecnológico de Monterrey (Campus Sinaloa, Cd. Obregón, Monterrey, Edo. De México, Guadalajara and Hermosillo), Best Sales School, México Emprende Centers of the Ministry of Economic Development, Dafi (Advice Office Comprehensive Financial), among others. She worked at Grupo Coppel, as a continuous improvement consultant, participating in projects in the operational areas of clothing warehouse, furniture warehouse, distribution, collections and design (store construction until its opening) reducing, together with her team, in this last project the construction time of the stores by 50%. She worked at Grupo Iusacell, being in charge of the development and implementation of policies and processes throughout the organization, inventory control of stores nationwide; led the fraud prevention committee, was project manager for the development of the Business Continuity Plan for Grupo Iusacell, and was in charge of prioritizing/requesting all systems necessities from the different areas of administration and finance management. She has been a consultant in strategy and business transformation, as well as in the development and implementation of lean and continuous improvement processes in companies such as: VALMEX Roasters, ALTA Rendimientos Inteligentes, Central and Peripheral Laboratory Service of the General Hospital of Mexico, Fondo de Cultura Economic, ADO Group, among others. In her role as an entrepreneur, she founded, in 2009, the company Blue Alliance Integral Solutions in Mexico City, a consulting and business development company, which she sold in 2012; She is Co-founder of Fundación Visión para el Desarrollo Económico y Social de México, a foundation focused on developing talent and high-level education for young people from Sinaloa with limited resources, and of Fundación URUNUS, a non-profit organization that seeks to potentiate the quality of life of people through different tools that allow them to achieve a more fulfilling life. She has worked at the Tec de Monterrey for 10 years, holding positions as director of the Student Leadership department and director of the LAE program at the ITESM-Campus Estado de México, and Sinaloa campus, and since 2019 she has been director of the Lic. in Strategy and Business Transformation at the Sinaloa campus. She is a teacher classified in the avenue of entrepreneurship by the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an active consultant as extension programs of Tec de Monterrey and had work with companies such as Grupo ADELNOR (Agroindustrias del Norte), Grupo DAFI (Comprehensive financial advisory firm), Consejo Empresarial Navolato 2040, among others. She is part of the design and redesign teams of the training units of the LAET degree, as well as the Concentration in Conscious Business that the Tecnológico de Monterrey teaches its professional students. She is an active member of the Center for Conscious Companies and is also an active mentor of ventures in the incubation stage.
