Salazar-Ortiz, Juan Francisco

Overview

Mr. Juan Francisco Salazar Ortiz has 30 years of experience in the teaching of foreign languages at undergraduate level. He has a Bachelor degree in Philosophy, a Master in Educational Technology and another Master in Higher Education. He has 30 years of experience teaching both French, and Spanish as foreign languages at the undergraduate level. Professor Salazar has been a consultant for curriculum design, development and evaluation for several educational institutions in the area. He is the academic coordinator of the Language Center at Campus Monterrey. He is an active member of the association of French teachers and researchers in Mexico (AMIFRAM). He's also a member of the American Council for the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL). Professor Salazar has published articles on foreign language teaching, spoken in national and international congresses, and given numerous education courses for teachers of foreign languages. He has been a teacher's assistant for an online master in Education at Tec de Monterrey.
