Overview
PhD in Humanistic Studies with a specialization in Ethics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus (recipient of a CONACYT scholarship). In 2012, he completed a graduate program in Public Affairs at the City University of New York (CUNY) and interned as an assistant to the Senior Policy Advisor at the nonprofit organization Safe Horizon in New York. After completing his PhD, he undertook a research fellowship at the Ibero-American Institute in Berlin, Germany, where he analyzed public policies and security strategies focused on at-risk youth in Latin America.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City). Throughout his career at Tecnológico de Monterrey, he has held leadership positions: professor, mentor, and Director of the Multicultural Program at PrepaTec, Associate Director of the School of Humanities and Education at the Sonora Norte Campus, and currently serves as Regional Director of the Department of Humanistic Studies for the Western-Center Region.
He has led multidisciplinary academic teams, developed innovative educational methodologies aligned with the Tec21 Model, and built strategic partnerships with cultural, social, and educational organizations. He is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on strategy, digital transformation, and business management (Arizona State University ¿ Tecnológico de Monterrey) to further strengthen his institutional leadership and high-impact project management skills.
