I aim to use my leadership and empathy to inspire others to transform their realities through entrepreneurship and education. I have over 10 years of experience in five different cities in Mexico, working with entrepreneurs at various stages and with different goals, such as product launches, growth, professionalization, and more. I lead the Accelerated Incubation area at Tec de Monterrey, through the Eugenio Garza Lagüera Entrepreneurship Institute, where programs like PASIA, the first accelerator for startups in Artificial Intelligence in Latin America, in collaboration with the IDB LAB, the Government of the State of Jalisco, the AI Hub; startup development programs with corporations like Santander X México Training - Foundry Team INCmty, and new startup incubation models such as 'Venture Labs'.
