García-Terán, Agustín

Architect and Master of Architecture from Tecnologico de Monterrey with 27 years of professional experience in the conceptualization, management, and execution of projects for private clients. He has held leadership positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Toluca Campus, including Head of the Career Development Department and Director of the Architecture Program, leading professional teams focused on developing disciplinary and transversal skills through international collaboration. He is recognized as a member of the National Circle of Outstanding Professors at the School of Architecture, Art, and Design of Tecnologico de Monterrey. He has designed training modules and led the team for the Building Information Modeling and Management Concentration. He is dedicated to the study and implementation of virtual technologies, architectural visualization (ArcViz), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and generative artificial intelligence applications in building design and construction. He researches and implements the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodology as part of the project development workflow.
