Overview

My name is Sara Isabel García López Legorreta. I graduated in B.A.Communication Sciences (1995). In 1999 I finished my MBA with specialization in Marketing, both degrees at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Toluca. In 2012, I graduated with honors (CUM LAUDE) of the PhD in Economics and Management at the University of Deusto Campus San Sebastian, Spain. Since 1990, I have worked in different areas of marketing, public relations and customer service. I have done several projects in market research, advertising and marketing for small, medium and large companies such as Mentos, Mazda, Artista, Cálida, Shoppers Consulting, Club Deportivo Toluca, Nissan, Tecnogroup, Aqua Fresh, Rodeo Santa Fe Toluca, La Trampa, La Reliquia, Melvic, Souk Marketing and Communications, Marketing Consultants Now, Tupperware Mexico, Mexim, Domino's Pizza, Centre for International Competitiveness (CCI), and McDonald's, etc. I work at the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Toluca since 1996, I began working at the Research Suport Center and at the Campus Library, Biblioteca Eugenio Garza Sada. Since 1999, I became full time professor of the marketing area (2001-2010). From 2000 to 2001 I was Director of the Marketing Program. Since 2007, I participate in the Consumer Behaviour Research Orientation, which has conducted research of different kind of customers, for the automotive, retail and entertainment sectors and we analyzed green customer behaviour. I am author of several cases published in Marketing books for McGraw Hill. I am co-author of "Servir con calidad en Mexico" (To serve with quality) published by LID Editorial Mexico.Currently. I had coordinated accreditations to CACECA and CONAED. I'm the Associate Dean of School Business at Tec de Monterrey Campus Toluca.
