Ma¿a Kulji¿ earned a Bachelor´s Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Zagreb (Croatia) with several awards including the Dean's Prize for Academic Excellence and title 'Magna cum laude' for academic excellence. Working as an academic assistant in the same university she received a Master's Degree in Finance. Her great dedication, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit were recognized with the Rector's Special Prize for an outstanding student project and the title 'Magna cum laude'. Her academic education was enriched through participation in various exchange programs at prestigious universities, among which are UC Berkeley (USA), Harvard University (USA), University of Vienna (Austria), Asian University (Thailand), University of San Diego (USA) and Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Mexico). She acquired practical knowledge working in prestigious institutions such as: Coca-Cola, Philip Morris (Marlboro) and the Embassy of the Unites States of America. During her exchange semester in Mexico City, professor Kuljis worked on comparative research between European and Mexican practices in the area of finance and international negotiation. Finishing her studies, professor Ma¿a joined the Tec community as a full-time teacher at the PrepaTec High School and International Office Director at Mexico City Campus. Currently she forms part of the Business School since she is in charge of the BBA Career Programe at the same campus. During her free time professor Kulji¿ practices yoga and tennis, in addition to seeking to expand her horizons and improve the five languages she speaks through international travel.
