Overview
Dr. Gabriel Pruneda Dibildox holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cantabria (Spain). He also earned a Master s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and a Bachelor s degree in Public Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey. His international training includes certifications in Small Business Consulting from Southern Oregon University, Case Method facilitation from the University of North Carolina, and participation in high-level programs such as MIT REAP at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tec Beyond.
Dr. Pruneda is an academic leader, strategist, and advocate for innovation in business talent development. With more than 30 years of experience, he has dedicated his career to transforming how leaders are developed by integrating strategic thinking, innovation, and the use of emerging technologies.
Throughout his career, he has combined academia with business practice, serving as a founder of companies, a director in family-owned businesses, an advisor to more than 200 entrepreneurial projects, and a facilitator of transformation processes in organizations such as Mazda, OXXO, Corona, Continental, ASESA, CANACO, the College of Accountants, Asociación Gilberto, and DIF, among others.
He has developed innovative solutions for business education, including the CEO Challenge business simulator, financial accounting training systems, and artificial intelligence agents applied to leadership development and competency analysis.
Within Tecnológico de Monterrey, he has held various leadership positions, including Program Director, Department Director, Director of Entrepreneurship, and Director of the Professional Division. He has taught at multiple campuses including Monterrey, Saltillo, Irapuato, Querétaro, and León across high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels. He currently serves as a full-time professor at the School of Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey, León Campus.
His work is guided by a central idea: developing leaders who not only understand business, but are capable of reinventing it. Through his work, he promotes the integration of education, technology, and strategy to generate meaningful impact in organizations and society.
