Quintanilla-Gudiño, Mayra Yadira

Overview

Degree in Computer Science, Universidad Regiomontana 1986, she also has studies in Chemical Engineering Administration; with master's degrees in Information Systems Administration (ITESM 1994), and Innovation for Business Development (ITESM, 2010) at Campus Monterrey. She worked at Hewlett-Packard de México, S.A. de C.V. (April 1987 - March 1992) holding various positions in the areas of technical support, sales and marketing support, as well as developing consulting projects in the areas of office automation, databases and telecommunications for private sector companies; coordinated the Cooperative Support Group (CSG) providing support to the chain of distributors and customers in the north of the country. Between April 1992 and August 1993, she was a professor of Computer Science at the Regiomontana University, teaching systems, telecommunications, networks, C+ language, technology projects and consulting. She began her work at the ITESM Campus Monterrey, as a teaching assistant (August 1993 - March 1994). She was academic coordinator of the Master in Information Systems Administration and the Master in Telecommunications Administration in satellite modality within the SINAPSIS program of the ITESM Campus Monterrey (April 1994 - March 2001). She worked as an academic-administrative coordinator in the Graduate Department of Engineering and Technology of the Virtual University (August 2001 - August 2003). Since August 1996, she has been a postgraduate professor in distance format in the areas of technology, innovation, and research projects, and a professor for professionals at Campus Monterrey for the Department of Computing (January 2018 ¿ August 2019). Return to the academic coordination of the Master's in Information Technology Management (2010), and the Master's in Energy Management and Renewable Sources in Online Programs (2012). In addition to the academic-administrative responsibilities, he has directed more than 15 postgraduate theses, and has worked as the leader responsible for the reports of the CIEES and CONACYT calls for the masters of the Graduate Program in Engineering and Technologies of Online Programs.
