Escobar-Broitman, Iván Alejandro

MSc. Ivan Alejandro Escobar Broitman, a graduate of the Electronic Systems Engineering degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies, State of Mexico Campus, with a Master's Degree in Computer Systems from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, has been a professor in the computer science department since August 2002. Member since 2007 of the Association for Computer Machinery (ACM). From 2012 to 2015 he was in charge of the Cisco Academy Support Center at the State of Mexico Campus. ISC Career Director (2014) INT (2016), ITI (2017), ISDR (2019) and ITC and ITD Academic Advisor (2019). He has multiple publications in the area of ¿¿Artificial Intelligence in a bird acoustic recognition project in conjunction with the biology department of the University of California at Los Angeles. His areas of specialty are Computer Networks, Computer Security, Operating Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
