Economist and Master in Marketing, Program Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Interim Program Director of Business Intelligence. Passionate teacher for 20 years, grateful to have the opportunity to touch and transform lives through this vocation. Since 2015 I have been part of the team of Teacher Coaches of the Best Mexican Companies initiative and as a professor, since that same year I assumed the role of Coordinating the Academic Program at the State of Mexico Campus, which I coordinate to this day and which has allowed me to experience the design process of this program so that our Planes 2019 students can experience it. In 2020 and after 10 years as a professor, I was fortunate to join the Department of Management and Leadership full-time, where it began my approach to Conscious Capitalism, being part of the first groups of teachers trained in this philosophy and soon after I joined the Center for Conscious Businesses. While in the Department I also trained in Talent Analytics, a topic in which I continued to delve deeper. During the year that I collaborated in the Department and prior to receiving the invitation as Program Director, I supported the search for talent to integrate and strengthen the teaching staff and for two semesters I supported the programming and assignment of loads of our professors. Entrepreneur since before I was 20, with a business that has been evolving over 16 years and that has led me to focus on consulting on strategy, processes and talent for small and medium-sized family businesses. Coach of the Stoopen Outplacement Program where I provide advice to high-level executives who decide to reorient their careers towards starting their own companies. Speaker and speaker at various Change Management, Leadership, Marketing and Innovation forums throughout the Republic. Instructor of Diplomas in Mexico and Central America, teaching modules on Business Strategy, Business Intelligence, Negotiation Techniques, Sales Forecasting, among others. Mom of Manolo and Dany, wife of Luis with whom she has made a great team since 2015, a daughter immensely grateful to her parents, former host of a closed television program, marathon runner, triathlete, swimmer and member of the Master of the pool representative team where I swim and since 2023 Harry's adoptive mother.
