With a solid background as an Economist and Master in Marketing with additional credits in Business Administration and Management, and a 20-year career in teaching, my career has focused on transformation and positive impact through education. Currently, I serve as Program Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Interim Program Director of Business Intelligence at Campus Estado de México, roles that have allowed me to consolidate my experience in academic management.
Through a careful and strategic operation, I have achieved tangible results such as growth in both the attraction of new admissions for the School of Business Entrance and for the Focus stage of the programs I have directed. With outstanding results in ECOA and ECAG and, more importantly, with the development of initiatives that ensure the employability of our students. My greatest satisfaction is to see these efforts translated not only in indicators, but in the strong bond that endures with our students long after they have graduated.
My background as an economist laid the foundation for an analytical profile that I have consistently applied throughout my career to drive data-driven strategies. At the American Chamber of Commerce, I used data analytics to define sector and market strategies. Later, at Tecnológico de Monterrey, I applied this same methodology to talent attraction, where the analysis of metrics and trends was crucial to optimize campaigns and segment high-potential profiles. This trajectory demonstrates that my ability to convert data into strategic decisions is a constant in my career.
I am currently expanding my skill set towards Business Intelligence, acquiring practical skills in Power BI to transform data into visual insights and in Python to automate and deepen information analysis. This development allows me to approach business challenges from a more quantitative and strategic perspective.
Since 2015, I have been coordinating the Best Mexican Companies Academic Program, promoting the evolution of the program and the initiative throughout these years, designing the Block for our 2019 Plans students and currently leading the initiative to increase the incorporation of MEM companies as ¿Socios Formadores¿ and their Executives to the Leadership Voices program. My commitment to student success is the engine of my academic management.
As an entrepreneur with 16 years of experience in strategic consulting, I have a comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and its demands. My role as Coach of Stoopen's Outplacement Program allows me to advise executives in the reorientation of their careers towards entrepreneurship, consolidating my ability to guide and enhance professional development. In addition, my experience as an instructor of Executive Education courses in Mexico and Central America, teaching modules of Business Intelligence, Strategy, Negotiation Techniques and Sales Forecasting, demonstrates my expertise and interest in strategic issues for companies.
I am convinced that my passion for education, my strategic vision and my proven ability to generate outstanding results in the attraction, retention and attention of students, will be fundamental for my continued success in my role.
