PhD in Public Policy from Tecnológico de Monterrey; Master in Business Administration from EGADE Business School and Graduate in International Relations also from Tec, Campus Estado de México. My specialty focuses on the knowledge of culture and history as an axis of change in the international environment where geopolitics is also a fundamental part in the negotiation of agreements and treaties. I have found my vocation in life to transform that of others through the fascinating experience that living at Tecnológico de Monterrey gives you; I have 15 years of experience in academic activities participating as a professor, consultant and speaker in Mexico, the United States and France. Husband of a wonderful woman, Zamia, father of Victoria and Iker. I am an internationalist by profession but a communication scientist by adoption.
