Chio-Posada, Iliana Fabiola

Iliana F. Chio is an Engineer in Administrative Computer Systems and holds a master¿s degree in business with a specialty in Human Resources and another master's degree in Education with a specialty in Educational Technologies, achieving the first place of the generation. Currently, she serves as the Director of Entry Director at the Business School and as a Professor in the Management and Leadership Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. With over 15 years of experience in the academic field, she has taught courses in areas of entrepreneurship, management and leadership, and international business; in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats. Her teaching work has led her to represent Tecnológico de Monterrey at national conferences. Additionally, she has held the position of General Director of the Campus at the Universidad Interamericana del Norte and has also held other administrative and academic responsibilities at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
