Irazuzta-Di Chiara, Ignacio

Ignacio Irazuzta is a Political Theory Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. As a researcher, he also belongs to the Centro de Estudios sobre la Identidad Colectiva at the University of the Basque Country. His current research explores on the topics of exclusion, vulnerability and statelessness as conditions of what, in the frame of the project "Disappearences. A Study of the transnational perspective of a category¿", we call "social dissapearance". Ignacio's earlier research focused in issues of national identity, nationalism, international migrations and diasporas.
