Pablo Cotera Elizondo. Architect and Master in Strategic Foresight from the School of Government and Public Administration of the Tecnológico de Monterrey and Doctor of Philosophy with an orientation in architecture and urban affairs from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. Experience in coordination of planning and design groups; teaching and promotion of alternative modes of urban regeneration. Currently director of the architecture program at the Monterrey Campus of the Tecnológico de Monterrey and member of the research group focused on Sustainable Territorial Development at the same institute. Collaborator in social platforms for the Civic Council of Nuevo León and the newspaper El Norte in the editorial board of Mobility and Air Quality.
