My professional career has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to education and the development of future leaders. From the beginning of my academic journey, I have taken on leadership and coordination roles with steadfast determination, always guided by the philosophy of "what you want, prepare, go, and get it". This approach has allowed me to contribute significantly to my own formation with a deep commitment to the institution and its educational mission. Training and Experience My career began in academia, where I gained a solid theoretical and practical foundation in my field. Subsequently, my professional development led me to become part of the teaching staff, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of educational dynamics and academic management. Currently, I am at the Business School as an Entrance Director, where I coordinate several initiatives that have enriched my experience and allowed me to develop key skills in leadership, management, and student guidance. At present, my work focuses on coordinating the teaching role, where I have had the privilege of working with entrepreneurial families, best mexican companies (MEM), and fostering the holistic development of students. I have developed a strategy that integrates "fit" subjects tailored to current and future needs, and have implemented continuous training programs for teachers, thereby strengthening the link between theory and practice. Qualities for the Position and Current Development In my current role, I am distinguished by my ability to coordinate teams, lead with vision, and ensure alignment between the institution's educational philosophy and the needs of the environment. My knowledge of the educational system allows me to implement effective strategies that promote the academic and professional growth of students and teachers.
