González-Aguirre, Zara Alexandra

Academic Director in the area of Creative Studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey, with over nine years of experience in higher education, academic program management, and faculty leadership. She currently leads the Creative Studies Entry, coordinating curricular processes, interdisciplinary projects, and strategies for engagement with the creative sector, as well as providing academic support to students and faculty. In parallel, she is a co-founder of FT Lanza, an initiative focused on the development of emerging artists through creative consulting, training, and the creation of exhibition spaces. Her work is characterized by building connections between academia, the creative industry, and the cultural context, with a focus on educational innovation, sustainability, and social impact.
