I am an industrial engineer and a Master of Science specializing in quality and productivity from the Tec de Monterrey. Additionally, I completed a Master's in Business Administration and Management at EGADE Business School. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences at EGADE. I served as the president of the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club at EGADE campus Monterrey, establishing communication between students and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Since 2018, I have been a professor at Tec de Monterrey, teaching subjects related to innovation and knowledge management. I was honored with the Inspiring Professor Award and recognized as an outstanding professor by students graduating in 2020. Moreover, I hold the position of CEO at Hunter Composites, a company dedicated to the service and manufacturing of fiberglass-reinforced plastic parts in Mexico and the United States. In 2023, I founded a second company focused on real estate development in the region named AGUBER.
