Gómez-Ríos, Paulina

3D Character animator, undergrad from Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Monterrey in Art and Digital Animation (LAD). Master in Fine Arts (MFA) from Academy of Art University in San Francisco,CA. She started as a layout artist for "Curpidgeon" and then as a 3D animator for "Scaredy Bat" and "Grounded" while she worked on her MFA. She produced, directed and animated her short film "Through the Forest" and also collaborated in the short "Contigo Siempre" in the virtual studio Artella. She worked as a video editor and 3D generalist for two NGOs. She later became an After Effects animator then animation and VFX director for a small San Francisco start-up called "Class Dojo". She is now a full time professor for LAD at Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Puebla and she is also in charge of the newly aquired MoCap equipment.
