Morales-Luna, Gesuri

I am a Physical Engineer from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, unidad Azcapotzalco. I have a Master degree in Physics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma México, working in the Institute of Physics and in the Institute of Applied Science and Technology. I finished my Ph. D. at the Institute of Applied Science and Technology of UNAM in 2019. I received the appointment of researcher level 1, of SNI. I have 8 papers, all in international journals, all of these papers are in the area of applied physics in the area of optics using models to study the scattering of the coherent light in an internal reflection configuration. I am working with the interaction of the light wit colloidal suspensions and monolayers of dielectric and metallic nanoparticles. Recently, my research is focused in the area of plasmonics and optical sensors. Also, I have knowledge in numerical simulation using the software of Lumerical FDTD. In 2019, Tecnológico de Monterrey hire me as a postdoctoral fellow.
