Domínguez-Torrado, Guillermo

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from ITAM, with graduate studies at USC (University of Southern California in Los Angeles), specialized in General Management. Currently studying a PH. D in Administrative Sciences at EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe. Throughout my professional career, I've had the opportunity to own and operate different franchises in San Luis Potosí. I've been partner and consultant in two consulting firms, Gallastegui Armella Franquicias and DOT Consulting. I've been teaching courses at different universities for the last 21 years, both at college and postgraduate levels. One of my passions is related to business, either developing them or by helping entrepreneurs to define their expansion strategies and their operations and procedure standarization programs. My other passion is related to academy, I enjoy having the opportunity to share my professional experience with students in different areas, in order to motivate them to open more businesses and to create better job opportunities for other people. I`m sure that Mexico is a great country and that has a great potential, so I try to encourage my students to look for higher challenges in order to create world class companies. I feel that I've been blessed by the different professional experiences that I've had through my career, so I feel it is my mission to share these experiences with as many students as possible.

Throughout my professional career, I`ve had the opportunity to run three different franchises in San Luis Potosì (Domino's Pizza, Tintorerìas Pressto and CD Kids), as well as running the master franchise in Mexico for Shop'n Chek, the largest mystery shopping company worldwide. I`ve been partner and consultant in two prestigious consulting firms, Gallastegui Armella Franquicias and DOT Consulting, where I am currently Partner and Director. I`ve been giving courses at different universities for the last 15 years, both at college and postgraduate levels. One of my passions is related to business, either developing them or by helping entrepreneurs to establish their expansion strategies and their operations and procedure optimization programs. My other passion is related to academy, I love having the opportunity to share my experience in business and franchising with students in different arenas, in order to motivate them to open more businesses and to create better job opportunities for other people. I`m sure that Mexico is a great country and that has a great potential, so I try to encourage my students to seek higher risks in order to create worlwide companies. I realize that I`ve been blessed by the different professional experiences that I`ve had through my career, so I feel it is my compromise to share these experiences to a lot of people.
