Division Director of the Architecture, Industrial Design and Civil Engineering area at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Guadalajara campus. He has a degree in Industrial Design, a Master in Design and Development of New Products, and a specialty in Design of Consumer Goods from the University of Guadalajara. Academic at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Guadalajara campus, on issues of experience projects, design for heritage, creativity, professional portfolio and new luxury. For more than 12 years he has belonged to the Department of Industrial Design, carrying out all the organization and academic administration for the programs of the creative area. He is also the project leader of the Tlapalería, a social innovation platform working with artisans and designers, exhibiting their projects at the best international fairs, Milan, London, Berlin, New York, etc. In the field of educational innovation, he is a pioneer of the most important initiatives that have influenced the Tecnológico de Monterrey¿ such as Semana i, Talleres Verticales, Semester i, Colegiadas, Open Room, Professional Reaity, etc. He is currently a consultant for companies focused on the fashion, luxury design and artisan industries, where projects focused on finding new applications of materials, brand treatment, language and product communication are carried out. Through the Advanced Design Center, it has worked in conjunction with the Industrial Design Department with more than 100 companies to generate research in the area of ¿¿new product development, trends, experience design, social innovation, etc. Specifying projects with teachers, students and specialized professionals.
