Elías-López, Jessica Nicole

Jessica Elias is a storyboard artist and professor. She is a graduate from the BA in Aniamtion and Digital Art from the Tec de Monterrey campus Queretaro. She also studied at California State University and holds a Master of Arts degree with an specialization in Storyboarding and Previsualization from Escape Studios and the University of Kent. She worked as a 2D animator for Mediaframe Ltd and in 2022 was a Layout Trainee at Technicolor Creative Studios Academy. She has worked as a storyboard artist, animator, and color script artist on short films such as Punch, ALMA, Poe, Azul Sonrisa, and El Mito, projects that have won awards and distinctions at national and international festivals, such as Pixelatl and the British International Amateur Film Festival. She is currently the program director for the Digital Art Bachelor's program at Tec de Monterrey campus Queretaro, and a full-time professor in areas such as storyboarding, concept art, 3D animation, and illustration. In 2025 she co-founded LaBici, a creative laboratory for digital art projects.
