Overview
He studied Industrial Chemical Engineering at the Technological Institute of Veracruz, obtained the degree of Master in Business Administration majoring in International Trade.
In addition, he is a founding member of the Mexican Association of Logistics and Supply Chain and certified instructor Packaging Design.
He has taught in the areas of International Business in Monterrey and Guadalajara campus and professor at the Virtual University of Tec de Monterrey, Mexican Northeast and Technological University of Nuevo Leon (Monterrey) and instructor Diplomados with Tecnologico de Monterrey.
He worked as Head of International Purchasing in Campus Monterrey.
It was FERTIMEX process engineer and industrial safety supervisor at GM, Later on, he participated as a Director of Purchasing and Supply in the ITESM campus Guadalajara, where he implemented a system inventory on consignment and procedures of national and international purchases.
He was a member of the National Committee Purchasing System ITESM.
Similarly, it has been an advisor on export logistics projects with several local enterprises.
His areas of expertise include foreign trade logistics and global supply chain. His recent consulting work has focused on the development of foreign trade logistics.
He is coauthor of the books: "Development of Strategies and Opportunities for the State of Jalisco" and "Logistics Megatrends", besides contributing as a case writer for the International Case Center of ITESM Campus Guadalajara.
He also participates as an advisor holder OCSAA Consortium.
In academic carreer he has been awarded by the University Company Foreign Trade Council AC (CEUCE) and also received recognition Academic Merit by the ITESM Campus Guadalajara.
He currently serves as an Associate Professor in International Logistics and International Business from ITESM Campus Guadalajara.
